Mission
From the support desk to the SOC
I started in Tier 1 technical support at Cellcom, troubleshooting connectivity, DNS and Wi-Fi problems with customers in real time. I then completed a Blue Team course on the SOC track, practising hands-on in training labs with Splunk, QRadar and Wireshark.

Technical support representative (Tier 1)
Cellcom
- Supported customers with internet, communications and TV services: connectivity checks, TCP/IP and DNS troubleshooting, Wi-Fi and home network equipment.
- Documented service calls, followed them through to resolution and escalated complex faults to technical teams in a structured way.
- Worked in a fast multitasking environment under time pressure while keeping service quality high.
Training
Blue Team course, SOC track
Cyber Gain Center
- Hands-on practice with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) in training labs.
- Hands-on practice with the FortiGate firewall, and traffic analysis with Wireshark, in training labs.
- IT and help desk labs: Active Directory, Windows and Linux, remote support and user management.
- Python and PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks in Windows and Active Directory.

Certified SOC Analyst (C|SA)
EC-Council · Issued October 2, 2026
Awarded after passing the EC-Council exam. Covers SOC workflows, monitoring and analysing security events, SIEM-based detection, and incident triage.
